Our Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with an Enza Essentials™ purchase for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for enza.com purchases and in-store purchases. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. A full refund will be provided within 60 days of purchase if not satisfied with our products.

 

Enza.com Purchases

Enza.com purchases can be easily returned for FREE (no return shipping or handling fees) to our store (address below) or by mail if you use our pre-paid return shipping label (follow the return procedures described below).

Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

♦ When you return your purchase to enza.com by mail and we receive your item within 60 days of purchase, if you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item.

♦ For enza.com products returned in store, rather than by mail, refunds are only provided if the product is returned within 60 days of purchase, and you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card. We would be happy to exchange any products upon return!

Items may not be returned by mail, and will not be refunded, 60 days after the purchase date. Items shipped to Enza Essentials™ outside of the returns window may not be returned to you.

 

 

Enza.com Return Procedures

 

Enza.com Returns by Mail

♦ Fill out both sides of the Return Form (which we will provide you via email) and include the Return Form with your items. Include your name, e-mail address, and phone number so that we can contact you, if necessary.
♦ Package your return item in the Enza Essentials™ packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
♦ You will receive a pre-paid shipping label from an Enza Essentials™ associate so you are mail your return via United States Postal Service.
♦ You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

It takes up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account or to issue an online store credit. Return shipments can be tracked on the USPS website (with the order tracking number we will provide to you via email) and we will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Visit our Enza Essentials™ store in Eau Claire, WI to return an item purchased from enza.com within 60 days of purchase.

♦ Please bring your receipt (if available) and Return Form with you, as well as the credit card you used to place your order (if applicable).
♦ We will gladly offer an exchange of products of equal value with your return, if you do not wish to be refunded.
